How to Make Healthy 4-Ingredients Simple Pancakes

This recipe only requires 4 basic ingredients that you may already have in your kitchen, namely bananas, eggs, oatmeal, and baking powder. These pancakes do not contain sugar, flour, or milk, making them suitable for those who are on a diet or have allergies. These pancakes are also high in protein, fiber, and potassium, which are good for body and brain health. How to make it? Follow the steps below.


 Ingredients:


- 2 ripe bananas, peeled and mashed

- 2 eggs, beaten

- 1/2 cup oatmeal, blended smooth

- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder

- Cooking oil as needed

- Toppings to taste, such as honey, jam, fruits, nuts, etc.


How to make:


1. In a large bowl, combine mashed bananas, eggs, oatmeal smooth, and baking powder. Stir well until well combined.

2. Heat a little cooking oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.

3. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter into the skillet and flatten with a spoon. Fry for 2-3 minutes or until bubbles appear on the surface of the batter. Flip and fry the other side for 1-2 minutes or until golden brown.

4. Lift and stack on a serving plate. Repeat steps 3 and 4 until the batter runs out.

5. Serve pancakes with your choice of toppings.
